Permian Global Access Pipeline

Posted on March 9, 2020 at 12:10 AM

The Permian Global Access Pipeline will soon be cutting through the middle of Texas. This 625 mile long pipeline is slated to be 42 inches in diameter and will carry liquified natural gas from the Waha Hub in west Texas to Lake Charles Louisiana. The pipeline company will soon be sending agents out into the field to secure easements. If they are unsuccessful, the pipeline company has the power to condemn the easements. Acquisitions are scheduled to start in 2021 but may begin sooner. If you have questions about the condemnation process or the project. Please contact me for a free consultation.
